Yes, available in many places (I have first hand experience, my other car is
a Jetta TDI), including all of the majors (Esso, Shell, Husky, etc), best
bet is a highway truck stop.  Price in my area varies but the most I have
seen lately is $0.729/litre, or roughly $C2.76/USGal ($US2.07/USGal).
