On the advice of respondants here, I've dived into rebuilding my ZS
carb. I'm feeling like I'm in way over my head, but I'm slowly
forging ahead.
A question I have: After removing the spring part of the automatic
choke, I noticed the lever behind it that moves the "vacuum kick
piston" (terminology from the Haynes manual, p. 83) offers a fair
amount of resistance to movement.
Should this lever move easily by hand, flop around with little or no
resistance, or offer some amount of resistance?
