woah! what rain!

Well the bucket sitting right behind my cars
in front of my garage door tells the story!
We just had 2.95" of rain in under 25 minutes!
15 minutes prior to that the sun was out and 
not a cloud in the sky.

It's now 5:48pm here...rained stopped about 
20 minutes ago.  Apparently Baltimore City
is shut down as the main thorough fares are 
under water! (flooded)
