The hi-flow kit is tuned for more power, the Moss kit is tuned to be
more fool-proof/bullet-proof, less power and more margin for error. 

Either one will bolt right up to a stock MGB (especially a rubber
bumper) and work fairly well. I ran into problems from
1) having an aftermarket cam
2) the combination of a bad temp guage and a water leak caused a bad
overheating which led me down a merry path of misdiagnosis, causing me
to learn a lot more than I really intended to.

I had a very interesting discussion with the guy who wrote the article
in classic motorports on the Moss installation. 

One of these days I need to get all of my notes together into one
place.

I had hoped to sell it, but the market for these articles is pretty
