What is the best way to keep the thermostatic fan switch from coming out of the radiator? The 1980 model has a retaining clip. Will that work on the 1979 switch? The grommet that I installed does not seem to be working? Is the heavy duty grommet that Victoria British offers a better option? How much antifreeze will come out when I remove the switch? Can I just pull the switch out and replace it? Thanks for your advice. Ray |
