I was at the auction, and no an MGB would not have gone for $60,000. If you checked the results you would have seen a 1955 MG TRF 1500 go for about $15,000, a nice TR6 go for about $7000, a very nice MGA go for about $18,000. So you see our British cars are not quite getting top dollar, compared to American muscle cars or hot rods, not to mention exotic and rare sports marques. Richard 72 MGB Tucson, AZ |
