Grab a copy of Peter Burgess' book : How to Power Tune the MGB 4-Cylinder
Engines for Road and Track, ISBN 1 874105 61 8.
He does a pretty extensive comparison of popular cams along with a multitude
of other modifications. The cam section has some informative comments on
each cam., but it can be a bit hard to follow as he performs other
modifications to support the particular cam. You can lose track of which mod
the engine has for the cam in question unless you read carefully.
