Right click on the file and save it.  Then try opening it in any of the
image editing programs you have.

But the file is huge at 14 MBs!  I have a 56K external tel modem
connecting at 5.0 Kb with a compression accelerator running at up to 5:1
compression.  Even then it would take an hour, according to the download
status window, to get the file.  I quite as soon as I saw the download
time of one hour.
