Is the cam supposed to be a blower grind for the B engine?
If it is, I'd prolly degree it in and buy the key I needed to get it
right on. Gotta figure Elgin did some dyno testing. If they did, I'd
sure get the ignition curve and boost specs (IOW, what worked best) from
them as a baseline. It would seem to me that you'll have plenty of
other things to sort out before thinking about altering the cam timing.
