First of all, it is possible to warp only one of the front rotors and not the
other.
Why do rotors warp? The main reason is heat. You say you done ride the
breaks or use left foot breaking, so the cause must be elswhere.
It is possible that the caliper is binding and thus causing heat. It is also
possible that a hose has collapsed and prevents the caliper from releasing.
Another cause for heating is improperly adjusted rear brakes. Front brakes
usually supply about 70% of the braking, with the rears doing the rest. If
the rears are malfunctioning, that shifts to the fronts to take up the slack.
They could malfunction due to improper assembly or a bad wheel cylinder, or a
bad hose. Also, if the brakes are too far out of adjustment, this will
occur.
The other cause for warping is improper torquing of the mounting bolts. You
should make sure that all four of the bolts have the same degee of tightness.
