Not to sound flip, but if he's doing a lot of highway driving, he's
got the wrong car. (If he wants a highway car that looks like a
T-series, didn't some company make a fake TD (or TF?) from an MGB
floorpan some time in the 70s?) There were precious few highways when
the TD was made, and it just wasn't considered something the car would
encounter. This held true even with the MGA!
