Konig Rewinds on an MGB????

I think that 7" plus the offset is to much, but do these fit MGB's

There is a set on eBay and they list these dimensions- 
Bolt Pattern is 4x114.3 (4x4.5")
Size is 14x7
Offset is -9mm offset
