That black paper is actually a fabric piece. I bought mine from Martin
MacGregor (www.macgregorukcarparts.com). It is just a piece of fabric that
you have to cut to fit and make the holes for the defroster vents. The
problem is that part of the original fabric is under the windshield so it
will be hard to remove all of it. The defroster vents are two pieces - the
trim piece you see on the dash and the underneath vent piece that bolts to
it with two bolts which I believe require a 5/16" wrench for removal but
are not that hard to get to.
