MGB Colors

I'm try to pick a color for my BMH MGB Body Shell.

I see colors at Paul Teglers site that do not appear in the Moss 
catalog. For example Midnight Blue BLVC12. Paul lists Midnight Blue for 
MGB 63-80.

I was going to check Clausenger (sp?) but can't find my copy.

Was Midnight Blue a production color?
