I can say this with great assurance: If you have overdrive, do not use
MT-90. It didn't hurt my OD, but the darn thing wouldn't engage properly. I
went
to 20W50 and my OD works perfectly. Incidently, our local LBC shop, Mountjoy,
recommends straight 40W. I use it and it works just fine, keeping the gear
noise down in all temperatures while not getting too stiff in the cold months.
