Well Max I don't know,that's why I asked....but...
I think there may be extra passages in the late head that the late
gasket will accommodate. However I think you might be able to use a
late gasket on both the late head and the early head. Just a guess
here, on the late head it is 'proper', on the early head the extra
openings in the gasket don't make any difference?
