I didn't know about the torque specs, but I wouldn't put locktite in
the rod bolts. If they're torqued right it isn't necessary. And if the
stuff sets up before they're torqued down, it could increase the
apparent toque readings. Suggest you use oil, as the books tell ya. ;^)
