Rui As you need lots of fluid to rinse out the sand, I'd use water. Let it thoroughly drain. When finished set the tank in the sun with vacuum air blowing through it. If you don't think that will do the job, rinse the tank with a gallon of methanol alcohol. It will absorb the water. Any residual methanol will mix with the gas just like gasahol.
