Wet plugs does indicate very rich, if it is 3 and 4 take the overflow pipe
to the carbon canister off the top of the rear float chamber and see if it
is leaking before thinking about fixing it. 110 sound slow (for an MGB),
all plugs out? Throttle wedged open?
