Excellent rebuttal. And I agree with all you've put down.
I have been a road racer for over 25 years. I've raced Mustangs, an MGA,
many different Sprites, a BMW, a Sports 2000, and some formula cars. I have
had the pleasure to race at most of the US prominent tracks. Yes, I think
road racing is challenging and harder than oval racing.
But once I did get to drive someone else's car on a fast 1/2 mile oval. Let
me tell you, what a thrill. Turning left is not as easy as it looks.
Especially when there are walls 6" from your left door. I think driving
cross country on glare ice would be easier.
