Steve,
$4000...grab it! The 1970 MGB is the only year that MG came out with a split 
rear bumper (read=Classic!), that, plus its a pre-1973 so it has only a 
minimum of smog controls to sap the HP...more than likely being in a British 
Car Club she's decided on the selling price by talking to other MG people. 
Another good indication is... What would you want (for it) if it were your 
car?
