Barrie,
An interesting question. I don't see any reference in Netscape 7 about this
at all. BUT a test shows my Netscape appears to use Eudora, no doubt from a
previous setting since I didn't configure it. Its possible that it uses a
Windows setting, which means you might set it in Internet Explorer oddly
enough under Tools=>Internet Options=>Programs
Normally you have a Windows default email program that will open with the
"mailto:" command. For example, mailto:mgs@autox.team.net if entered in the
browser instead of a web address should open in your email program. Same
thing if you go to Start=>Run and put that line in the open box.
So far, I have liked Netscape 7. I'm sending this reply to the list too
because it was from the MG list discussion that I decided to upgrade. One
feature I really like is this radio feature that allows me to tune in to a
station called "British invasion" (described as the "swinging sound of 60s
London") while working on my computer. The music that goes with the cars,
back in the 60s when the British craze was the going fad in the USA.
