Both carbs or just one? If both implies pump/dirty fuel problems, one only
implies valve/float problems. If you invert the carb (bottom cover off)
does the weight of the float shut off the fuel? It should. Are you sure
the float isn't completely full of fuel? Mine wasn't (I just didn't notice
the fuel in it when I changed the valve) but neither did it show any seepage
of fuel when shaken or heated by an air gun nor any air bubbles when dunked
in hot water.
