The reason the cost is high, is because this is a unique bolt.  Not just
regular hardware.  

The part number of the bolt is ATC4067 and it is sourced from a specialist
company that manufactures bolts to the specific original dimensions and
design strengths.

In this case I would strongly recomend NOT using generic replacements.  It
doesn't make much sense to install new hardware that may not do the job as
well as the original used bolt.  I think in this application, there is a
special short shoulder that physically locates the backing plate so there is
no possibility of the plate assembly rotating.  Any movement here could
result in wear and failure of the bolts at a critical time.

Me, I'd clean up the originals and reinstall them.
