Dave et al,
I used my 2002 Explorer to tow my 80 B on the back of a full Uhaul trailer
from Philly to Boston. This included lots of highway and back roads. I
hardly knew that the traier/car were there. I have the V6, AT, TOWING
package with integral class III hitch and wiring, and selectable 4wd. Works
well. This chassis is similar to the F-150 should you prefer a pick-up.
