Larry,
Blown motor equals more compression somewhere in
the operating rpm of the engine..And..compression
equals torque..rpm equals hp.
That is why the diesel engine preforms as it
does..it has huge compression(my Powerstroke is 17.5
to 1)..it makes 525ft.pounds at 1500 rpm..BUT it does
not rev but to 3400 rpm..Hence..little hp..225 on my
PowerStroke.
