Personal Propety tax on cars in VA is based on blue book value -
So you would only pay a small amount on each car, but you would need
to muck up the windshield with a tax sticker. If they are registered
historic they do not need to be inspected, same in MD. Plate fees
are higher in Maryland and if the car is used for a daily driver it
must pass MD inspection - the key with this is no rust through. If I
remember correctly, you would also need to pay sales tax on each
