Add an anti-SPAM clause in there and I think they have it sewn up.
If all Internet users had to abide by these types of laws it would
probably be a lot safer place out there. It may take a little edge of
the thing but just think of all the crap that would be weeded out by
these laws.
Do any of you want to: jeopardizes national security; harms the
prosperity and interests of the state; arouse ethnic animosities, ethnic
discrimination, or undermine ethnic solidarity; promotes cults (well,
the MG cult, maybe); disturbs social order, or undermine social
stability; spread obscenities, pornography, gambling, violence, murder,
terror, or instigate crime; insult or slander others or violate the
legal rights and interest of others?????
