You do have to "chisel" those bolts out, but it's not that bad. The metal
is very soft. One way to do it is with a dremel. You can also gain just
enough purchase on them to spin them a little counter clock wise at a time
with a sharp punch, small chisel or small screwdriver. If you make a nice
screw head on them once out, you can reuse them and next time it will be
just like any other screw. Otherwise you need to buy two new ones and then
there you go again someday. Dean
