Rechroming

Any suggestions an where I can get rechroming done in the Northeast. I
am in upstate NY -- Binghamton to be exact. I understand there is a
place in Tennessee? Is that the closest?

I have heard it is very expensive and I should buy new if possible
rather than rechrome.
