Cheap Shipper for big/bulky items?

A few people here on the list have used a discount shipper for big/bulky 
itemswith good success. Does anyone have a name and contact number as well as 
any special shipping requirements? 

I am trying to get some wheels and tires from PA to MO.

Please respond directly as I get the digest version and I need an answer 
quickly.
