Bob,
Try jacking the front and supporting it well. Grab the wheels and
shake top/bottom and left/right. Is there any play? Tug on the
anti-roll bar and poke at its bushings. Check all the damper bushings.
This may be a sound that is concealed by the higher noises of higher road
speeds.
