cleaning rubber bumpers??

What do list members use to restore their rubber bumpers?  There is a auto
restoration guy local that says he uses this stuff from
Germany that works good but he wouldn't tell what it was...

Any ideas???  Thanks Todd...

I've also heard you can use sand paper to smooth them out and take the crap
off them and use something to shine them up..
