After 4 hours of banging, prying, pressing, and possibly breaking my thumb
when I hit it with a hammer, I got the new U-joints back into the drive shaft.
I was a virgin at this operation (as I have been with most the past year) and
think I could do it in half the time on the next try. Now to get the shaft
back in the car and hopefully remedy the "clanking". I sure don't want to
tackle thrust washers at this point.
