Arms off the spindles? On the bottom of the arm right by the spindle you
should find the end of a spring clip. Lever this away from the spindle to
remove the arm, but I usually find that hinging the arm back and rocking the
arm on the spindle and pulling gently is usually enough on its own. If you
have no relative movement between the arm and the spindle it could well be
corroded on and need cutting off. In any case you will probably have to cut
the chrome nuts off the wiper boxes being careful not to damage the threads
on the boxes. Chrome nuts are cheap, wiper boxes are not.
