My wifes 65MGB is running like a tractor, power is down, and it blows blue
smoke, especially when idling and as you rev to pull away. It is not
burning a lot of oil, and there are no other unusual mechanical noises,
other than the sound of rough running (which could be, to be honest, hiding
subtle noises). My first thought was a blown head gasket, but there is no
water getting into the oil (oil is still black, not creamy). Could it still
be a head gasket, or am I missing something else?
