Getting way off topic here....
I specifically stated that if I get caught speeding, I freely admit to it.
There's a law, I violated it, I got caught, and I deal with the consequences
of it within the confines of the legal system. Of course I see it as a
violation of the law. Otherwise I wouldn't have that handy citation, the
duty to pay a fine, etc.
The fact that the prosecuting attorneys are willing to amend the citation to
a different violation for the exchange of more money merely shows the true
color of most traffic law enforcement: green.
