I love the style of the MG, and I also love (but don't own) an e-type jag,
and others, but I have to admit that for current cars on the road I think
the new convertible from, I think, Audi, is got a very classic look. I'm
starting to see a shift back to more distinct looks. Starting with the
k-cars, and culminating in the taurus, autos have morphed into this totally
generic look where no one can identify them. It used to be that you could
tell a car even by the headlights (Saab, BMW), by the shape (Volvo, VW),
and so on - now everything (including the MGF!) looks the same. Starting
with the PT Cruiser, we seem to be shifting back to a more identifiable
look. Thank goodness!
