If Safe-Mode doesn't work. What version of Wnidows are you dealing with? You
could have been infected if you don't use a good anti-virus program. My Win
2000 got bit last year, I had to reinstall the whole thing and add Norton AV.
I technically am a guru but I'm sure we can do better than millions of bucks.
How about help restoring my 69 MGC GT?
