Dave,
A and B rear shocks are differentiated by the bend of the arm. A shock
arms are 1/2" closer to the mounting plane than B.
The fill plugs on both are on the lid. There is no difference in that
regard. I'm confused by your remark on that. Midget shocks,(not at all
interchangeable) have a fill plug on the body, not the lid.

Folks,
Looking to check the fluid on the A coupe rear shocks and realize they
have to come off the car to be filled!
Are early B rear shocks interchangeable? They use the same shock link
and they have a plug to get to them for filling! Anybody drill an access
hole each side?
