The wiring "looks" OK, but I agree, it's false economy. My harness was only a
few years old, and I'd feel better with a new harness rather than reusing the
old one. Then again, I'd like to save the $500 or so to use for other parts
that I can't pull from the parts cars (like a new interior).

concerned that you don't really know what kind of shape the wiring in the '78
is in... I haven't looked but is new wiring really that expensive? ...
