Can't see how a head gasket could cause all four plugs to foul equally.
Sounds more like a very rich mixture, i.e. from a stuck choke? But then
blue smoke signifies oil burning. All rings stuck? (unlikely). Blocked
engine breathing system pulling too much oil throuigh the carbs?
