start up

Oh learned ones,
In a week or so, I'm going to be starting up the B that has been sitting for
about 4 months. From lurking here, It seems that start up is when the most
wear occurs on the motor. Before this initial startup should I squirt some oil
down the plug holes? Is anything else in order?
