Maybe an aftermarket moto-lita wheel, fitted with the period boss kit 
that enabled one to refit the factory horn push?

That boss kit is no longer available, and hasn't been for years. I've 
been looking for one for about 4 years now. If that's what it is, wanna 
sell yours?
