My $.02 - if you're looking for a car on which to spend several (like 5)
thousand dollars to get back in good condition, this might be just the car
- unless you're willing to learn how to do the cutting and welding
necessary to bring this one back to life.... This sounds a lot like many
of the cars I looked at when looking to buy a project car 18 months ago,
i.e., mechanically pretty sound but shot body-wise. I was looking for the
opposite and found it - but naturally now I want the body to be perfect
so am preparing to spend the money to get it done right...! It depends
upon what you're looking for, ultimately. Best of luck....
