the tirecalc tool(at http://www.tolan-hoechst.com/cars/tirecalc.htm)
is too much fun for idiots like me i futzed w/ it for almost an hour!

BTW the numbers come out closest to the numbers in "The Complete
Official MGB" if you plug in "74" as the OEM tire aspect ratio so i
assume that the "R" in 165SR14 translates to approximatly 75% aspect
ratio.
