Yes they are.  They are a very simple car.  The routine maintainance is
important.  Most mechanics (as opposed to technicians) can work on them.

There maybe problems occuring in the early days of ownership because of the
quality of work from a previous owner, but once they are taken care of, there
should be no problems/  Just have a good mechanic check it out before buying.
