OK, I take back all my whining and complaining about Summer not arriving
here in Adelaide.
We got 100F today and I had to drive all over town getting another sway
bay, fuel etc. Sometimes I do wish for a roof - and mostly this is not
when it rains. She was getting quite overheated in city traffic at 100F
- lost a bit of water when I stopped (no overflow tank) and was
generally unhappy. She felt the heat as much as I did (we both have to
get acclimatised).
My main task for this weekend is to downsize the front swaybar. I
thought it very 'manly' to use the 7/8" bar but now I am just sick of
the understeer so it is back to 5/8" (bigger than my stock sway bar) and
look for other solutions to the girl cocking one rear leg high in the
air on the corners. Without a locked or limited slip diff, this 'one
foot off the ground' situation is disasterous!

PS At least I am not silly enough to be riding through the hills out
back of Adelaide on a bicycle! We have the 'Tour DownUnder' here at the
moment ( http://www.tourdownunder.com.au/ ) with a lot of North American
and European riders coming here directly from VERY cold conditions.
What a shock to their systems!
