A 67B should have a vented gas cap.  Sealed caps didn't show up until carbon
cansisters.

Also, the 67B had a dual mechanical gauge.  If it is a stock gauge, the gauge
itself is shot,  You can either buy a new gauge (they are available from VB
Moss, etc) or send it Nisonger Instruments for repair
