I assume that you did the compression test dry. Now squirt a little oil in
#4, and do it again. If the compression goes up, you have a ring problem, if
not, a valve or gasket problem. If a valve problem, try adjusting the valves
and check again. The engine should still run with the low cylinder.
As for the oil pressure, 20 psi when cranking may seem low, but you have very
low rpm then. Low pressure at idle is not a major concern. It may only mean
that the engine is a little tired. The oil pressure at higher rpm's is much
more important.
